GCSE

I undertook 10 GCSEs at grades A-C with A in English Language and Geography. These were between the years 2011 and 2016 where I studied at Highsted Grammar School in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Lv3 Ext Dip Media Communications

I studied this Level 3 qualification at Canterbury College between 2016 and 2018. For my final project, I created a documentary piece along with portfolio on the subject of sustainable events. For tis project I was awarded a Media Student of the Year award, which enabled me to undertake an overseas work experience opportunity with GlobeTrottersTV as a Camera Operator.  

BA Creative Events Management

I have recently graduated from my Bachelors Degree in Creative Events Management. Throughout the course I have undertaken modules including business management, strategic planning, events for clients, marketing and more. 

I also had the exciting opportunity to participate in a work placement with BEAF (Bournemouth Emerging Arts Festival). Whilst this placement was taken over by Covid-19, working in a creative business during the pandemic taught me a lot about risk preparation and the transition to digital events.

Virtual Work Experience White&Case

I completed three modules in Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Intellectual Property. Each module consisted of drafting and analysing due diligence and other legal documents to resolve fake scenarios. This was completed alongside my studies at AUB. 

Understanding Law  @
Open University

I have been undertaking free courses with the Open University throughout lockdown to strengthen my skillset. Most of these have been surrounding the subject of Law, which helps me to expand my knowledge of legal aspects in events- such as licensing. 

First Aid

In June 2021 I will undertake a first aid qualification with the Arts University Bournemouth.
